Connect EPrint Printer to Wi-Fi
Follow these steps to set up a wireless printer or to reconnect after a router change.
- Power on and open wireless settings on the printer panel.
- Choose Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, select network, enter password, and confirm.
- Confirm connection by printing a network configuration page or test print.
Printer Offline — Quick Fixes
- Verify same Wi-Fi network and correct SSID/password.
- Restart router, printer, and computer; re-add printer in OS if needed.
- Check router guest mode, MAC filtering, and AP isolation.
Connect Printer to Computer
Use USB for quick local setup or add by network for wireless printing. On Windows use Devices & Printers; on Mac use System Preferences → Printers & Scanners.
Scanner Setup
Install the recommended scan utility or use built-in OS scanning tools. Choose resolution, file format, and save location before scanning.
